A large percentage of the human body is made of fluids. Staying hydrated is important, particularly during the summer months. Sometimes water alone is not enough. The Body requires amino acids, electrolytes, nutrition, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals. Many sports drinks have added sugar and/or are processed chemically. You may drink them but not feel well afterward. Sometimes medication or medical conditions may cause excessive thirst that cannot be quenched by conventional methods. I suffer from the above conditions and have found something that really works for me. I want to share this information with you and encourage you to try it.
