These require no cooking. You will need a food processor.
1/2 cup of organic pumpkin puree
10 organic dates (soaked in warm water for 30 minutes and pitted)
1/3 cup organic hemp seeds
1/3 cup Mila
1 tbsp Matcha powder
1 tbsp lucuma powder
1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Optional for that morning kick:
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Scoop into a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour. Scoop out and roll into a ball.
You should have roughly a dozen tasty snacks.
